Elite Rentals Caribbean ("we", "us") is the trading name of ELITE FIRST CLASS YACHTS L.L.C, a yacht charter brokerage registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Trade Licence 1035253, Commercial Registration 1683188, Dubai Marina Yacht Club, Moon Tower, Showroom 7). We are the controller of your personal data. Personal data you send us is processed in the UAE and in the EU. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how we handle it when you use our website or contact us by WhatsApp, email or phone.

What we collect

• Inquiry details: your name, phone number, email address and the content of your messages when you contact us about a charter.
• Charter preferences: destination, dates, group size and budget you share with us so we can propose suitable yachts.
• Website usage: with your consent, we use Google Analytics to measure page visits and interest in yachts and destinations. This uses cookies and device identifiers as described under Cookies below. We do not sell this data or share it with advertisers.

Why we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and propose charter options that fit your request.
• To arrange a booking with the yacht's operator once you decide to charter. We share only what is needed to complete your booking, and only at contract stage.
• To keep in touch about your ongoing inquiry. We do not send marketing messages without your consent.

Cookies

Our website uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. When you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_* (they expire after about 13 months) to recognise returning visitors and measure page visits. We use this only to improve the site and our fleet. We do not use advertising cookies of any kind.

Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are placed and only aggregated, cookieless signals are sent. You can change your choice at any time via cookie settings, or by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Automated processing

We use an AI service (Anthropic Claude) to read the messages you send us, extract your charter preferences from them, and build and update your personal yacht selection page. It is not used to write or send messages to you: every reply you receive is written and sent by a member of our team. No automated decision produces a legal or similarly significant effect on you: a person is always involved before a booking, a price or a contract is agreed. You can object to this processing, or ask us to handle your enquiry without it, by saying so in the chat or emailing us.

Where it lives

Inquiry data is stored in our customer management systems (Airtable, Vercel, Google Workspace, Anthropic) and message history remains in WhatsApp/email. Access is limited to the Elite Rentals Caribbean team. We keep inquiry data only as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal obligations.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. Email bookings@eliterentalseurope.com and we will handle your request promptly. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
